Notion Improvement - Client Dashboard and Project Management

We are a finance/accounting consultancy that serves business clients. We use Notion to A) document client processes, B) maintain a task list and calendar of key meetings, and C) serve as a client portal. We would like to have a client onboarding section as well. I need someone with strong technical skills in Notion, but also the ability to "understand the goal" and suggest improvements and bring the vision to life. This would be a mix of giving some specific tasks with specific guidance, but also a general idea and asking you to figure out the best way to accomplish it within Notion.
