ABOUT THE ROLE:
Force of Nature Marketing Agency is seeking a talented Notion consultant to help design, implement, and refine our internal operational systems. This is a project-based role for someone passionate about creating streamlined workflows and scalable solutions using Notion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain Notion dashboards, databases, and templates tailored to our team’s needs.
- Document workflows, map processes, and optimize operational systems for efficiency.
- Provide training and support to ensure the team adopts the new system seamlessly.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

**Essential:**
- Proven experience designing systems in Notion (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of relational databases, task management workflows, and dashboards.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes and training.

**Preferred:**
- Experience working with marketing agencies or startups.
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Background in operations or project management.
