About Us
Bolder Digital is an Australian based recruitment agency committed to connecting top Filipino talent with leading businesses globally. We are expanding our operations and seeking a high-level Executive Assistant with proven experience in supporting an executive business owner, managing complex tasks, and driving strategic initiatives. We are looking for an individual to join our team and work remotely from the Philippines as we are based in Australia (Remote, based in the Philippines, generally working on Australian Eastern Time Zone 9 AM - 5 PM).
Job Type: Part-Time - Long term (Approximately 20 hours per week)
We are flexible with scheduling and are open to either 4 hours per day or 3 days of 7 hours each.
Compensation: To be negotiated
Key Responsibilities
- High-Level Executive Support: Provide top-tier administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily task organisation.
- Project Management: Assist with planning and executing high-level business initiatives, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content strategy, overseeing design, posting, and ad creation.
- Content Creation & Management: Create micro-content and B-roll quotes using AI tools such as Opus and Descript.
- SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Trello to streamline workflow and idea extraction.

- AI-Assisted Workflows: Utilise ChatGPT to generate and review content, identifying actionable insights from conversations.
- Video Editing: Leverage AI video editing tools for content creation Like descript.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, file management, and communications support.
Required Skills and Experience
- Can be left alone to work autonomously
- Forward thinker that will ask for additonal information, tasks etc
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a high level, supporting senior executives or C-suite personnel.
- Proficiency in ChatGPT for research and content creation.
- Skills in video editing AI tools like descript.
- Experience with SOP creation and managing workflows using Trello.
- Familiarity with platforms like Kajabi (essential), Canva, and Zapier for content creation.
- Graphic design and website development skills are highly appreciated.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Expertise in social media management and strategy development.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and be forthright in communication.
