Netsuite Administrator, IT & Business Systems Support (Day shift; Davao Office-based)

Outline of Role
Support our client with anything to do with IT, and their tech systems. From Excel data spreadsheet analysis, reporting, and maintenance on our tech stack as listed below. Candidates should preferably reside in Davao City and be willing to work on-site.

The person in this role needs to have the following abilities:
NetSuite Administrator / Implementer - understand NetSuite from an Admin level
Excel - be proficient in excel and able to provide excel spreadsheets extracted from our systems for data cleansing, reporting etc..
Problem Solve IT issues (Integration Failures, system failures)
Current IT Systems Stack

Solid work experience in the following software:
Microsoft 365
NetSuite
HubSpot
Umbraco
Netstock
NetSuite Support

While we utilize a lot of NetSuite someone that understands the basics of NetSuite through and through so they can provide suggestions and solutions.

Some of the tasks that will be involved.
Create saved searches with formulas to reach the desired outcomes (Formulas i.e. Case when etc.)
Redesign HTML forms and basic transaction forms.
Generate reports for data analysis
Small system improvements by new fields
Other System maintenance.
Create Custom records
Importing data into NetSuite i.e. Price increases, and other customer data updates
Problem Solving Website Integrations

We have a few things we can check in the integration settings with our integration of NetSuite and Umbraco our CMS. Trouble shooting these integrations and checking all fields are correctly populated to make sure issues are resolved.

Implementing New Systems
Helping out to implement and integrate systems like Warehouse Management System, Ask Nicely, Bill Automation, HubSpot Integration, NS Manufacturing module and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. This will involve a lot of data cleansing and tidying and prepping.

Excel spreadsheets
Creating spreadsheets from existing data, creating pivot charts, for data analysis for other team members.
