NetSuite Implementation & Operations Specialist – Long-Term Career Opportunity

310 Nutrition is a leading e-commerce company specializing in meal replacement shakes, hydration products, and dietary supplements. Operating across Shopify, Amazon, and retail (Sprouts), we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a talented individual to lead the implementation and management of our NetSuite ERP while taking on additional operational and analytical responsibilities.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled NetSuite Implementation & Operations Specialist to:

Implement & Optimize NetSuite:
Lead the full implementation of NetSuite ERP, integrating with Shopify, Amazon, and retail operations.
Oversee data migration, customize modules (using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics), and automate workflows.
Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting post-implementation.
E-commerce Integration:
Ensure seamless synchronization of orders, inventory, and financial data between NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and retail systems.
Develop best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Operational Support & Analytics:
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using NetSuite and other tools.
Provide data-driven insights and custom reports to support finance, operations, and marketing teams.
Assist with inventory management, customer service, and logistics coordination as needed.


Qualifications

Technical Experience:
3+ years with NetSuite ERP implementation and management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Proven experience integrating platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
Proficiency in customizing NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics) and data migration.
Analytical & Operational Skills:
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
Experience with financial processes and inventory reconciliation within an ERP system.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Self-motivated and adaptable in a remote work environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and marketing.
Preferred:
Experience in consumer goods or food & beverage industries.
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Experience working with offshore teams.
CPA Certification – CPA Bonus: Candidates holding a CPA certification will be eligible for a competitive bonus.
