Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled, results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead our lead generation efforts, optimize sales funnels, and oversee our marketing KPIs. This individual will also manage a team of VAs responsible for appointment setting, client outreach, Instagram account growth, and reels editing. Additionally, they will serve as a backup for our Executive Assistant when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:
Manage and optimize lead generation strategies across various channels:
Paid ads (Google Ads,
Cold
LinkedIn lead generation (Sales Navigator, outreach automation)
Organic lead generation (social media reels, video marketing, lead magnets)
Ensure proper lead nurturing and management to improve conversion rates.
Optimize and test sales funnels to maximize efficiency.
Sales Performance & KPI Management:
Track, analyze, and optimize key marketing KPIs to improve ROI.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement data-driven improvements.
Report on campaign performance, insights, and necessary adjustments.
Team & Process Management:
Manage and oversee a team of VAs handling appointment setting, Instagram account growth, reels editing, and outreach.
Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring to improve team efficiency.
Ensure all leads are followed up and handled correctly by the team.
Backup Support for Executive Assistant:
Step in when necessary to assist with guest communication, check-in registrations, and cleaner coordination for our Property Management Company.
Ensure smooth operations in case of EA unavailability, helping with key administrative tasks when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in marketing operations, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
Expertise in Paid Ads, Cold
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
Experience managing VAs and appointment setters.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for efficiency and performance optimization.
Hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and optimize a team.
Familiarity with automation tools, CRM software, and sales tracking platforms.
