As a customer service agent, you will work under the customer service coordinator guidance. The customer service agent plays a vital role in all aspects of the business including helping customers with tracking inquiries, return & refund request and modify/cancel orders in accordance to our policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond To Customer Service
- Locate & Track Packages When Necessary
- Make Changes To Orders - Per Customer Request
- Other Assigned Customer Service Duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent or Native In The English Language
- Proven Working Experience As a Customer Service Agent
- Respond to All Customers Inquiries Quickly & Accurately (within 2 business days, 1 preferably)
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Experience Using Zendesk, Shopify & Google Spreadsheets
