Narrative Animator for Case-Based Short Clips

We are looking for a skilled 2D animator to bring real-life case scenarios to life through engaging, narrative-driven animations. These short clips (10-15 seconds) will visually depict employment law cases, such as workplace disputes, accidents, terminations, and retaliation, in a cinematic, dramatic style. Responsibilities include:
• Animating realistic depictions of events (e.g., car crashes, courtroom scenarios, and accusations).
• Creating characters and settings that visually represent key case details.
• Adding dramatic effects (e.g., tension-building visuals, zoom-ins, and motion graphics).
• Collaborating to ensure animations align with the narrative tone of the cases.

Ideal Candidate:
• Proficient in 2D animation software (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, or After Effects).
• Experience with storytelling through animation, particularly in realistic or dramatic scenarios.
• Able to create engaging characters and scenes based on provided case summaries.
• Familiarity with adding effects that enhance tension and drama (e.g., slow-motion impacts, spotlighting key moments).
• Open to feedback and collaboration to refine the storytelling process.
