JOB OVERVIEW

The Nanny Collection is a staffing agency that places nannies and household staff with high-profile families. We are looking for a very responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented assistant to focus on recruiting, job posts, candidate screening, and agreements. You must be extremely organized, reliable, and able to complete tasks without being reminded.

Schedule

• Flexible hours, but I prefer someone who can work early mornings in the Philippines (overnight U.S. CST time).
• You will have a daily checklist to complete and must be able to handle regular tasks without constant reminders.

Must-Haves

• Must use an iPhone (iMessage) for communication and work tools.
• Must be very responsible and quick to respond!!!!!
• Must be VERY detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully.
• Must check our social media before applying: @thenannycollection
• Must know how to use or be willing to learn Indeed and Canva.

Your Main Responsibilities

1. Recruiting (Biggest Part of the Job)

• Write job posts based on intake forms and questionnaires.
• Find and recruit qualified candidates (nannies and household staff).
• Screen candidates, check profiles, and confirm qualifications.
• Help write agreements for new hires.

How to Do This

• You will receive forms with job details and turn them into professional job postings.
• Use EngineHire, Indeed, and other job platforms to find and invite candidates.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and move them through the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting contracts using provided templates.

2. Email Communication

• Write professional and friendly emails to clients and candidates.
• Ensure all emails are polished and professional.
• Send Family-Nanny introduction emails.

How to Do This

• I will provide templates, but you must make sure they sound natural and professional.
• You will check emails daily and respond as needed.

3. Website & Software Updates

• Keep EngineHire updated, including adding new documents and making edits.
• Send email blasts for job openings.
• Help with basic website updates.

How to Do This

• You will receive instructions for updates and email templates.
• You must ensure the site and job postings are accurate.

4. Social Media

• Assist with creating social media posts if needed.
• Respond to comments and messages and direct people to the correct links.
• Engage with posts and interact with people.
• Write one to two blog posts per week based on topics provided.
• Use AI tools to summarize announcements.
