The Nanny Collection is a staffing agency that places nannies and household staff with high-profile families. We are looking for a very responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented assistant to focus on recruiting, job posts, candidate screening, and agreements. You must be extremely organized, reliable, and able to complete tasks without being reminded.
Schedule
• Flexible hours, but I prefer someone who can work early mornings in the Philippines (overnight U.S. CST time).
• You will have a daily checklist to complete and must be able to handle regular tasks without constant reminders.
Must-Haves
• Must use an iPhone (iMessage) for communication and work tools.
• Must be very responsible and quick to respond!!!!!

Your Main Responsibilities
1. Recruiting (Biggest Part of the Job)
• Write job posts based on intake forms and questionnaires.
• Find and recruit qualified candidates (nannies and household staff).
• Screen candidates, check profiles, and confirm qualifications.
• Help write agreements for new hires.
How to Do This
• You will receive forms with job details and turn them into professional job postings.
• Use EngineHire, Indeed, and other job platforms to find and invite candidates.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and move them through the hiring process.
• Assist in drafting contracts using provided templates.
