Our client is a New Zealand owned and operated Financial, Insurance, Business Mentoring company. They help people to grow their financial health to protect against the financial impact of health events.
At present we are looking for a Administration & Customer Care person who is exceptional with documentation, compliances & contracts administration.
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage the administration and facilitation of insurance, KiwiSaver, and financial advice processes.
- Provide top-notch administration in an organized and timely manner inline with the business's operating practices and regulatory obligation
- Organizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Handle policy servicing and inquiries from initiation to completion, maintaining client satisfaction
- Oversee claims processes with a focus on timely and compassionate client care support.
Operations Administration:
- Minimize risk by ensuring a meticulous follow-through of the company's 6-step process.
- Maintain accurate data entry and quality control across all systems used.
- Keep comprehensive diary notes and ensure all filing is accurately recorded and completed.
- Regularly update the Process Manual with any new or adjusted processes
