### What You'll Do:

- Create and manage compelling email marketing campaigns from conception to execution

- Transform AI-generated content into creative, engaging copy that resonates with our audience

- Collaborate with our international team in regular online meetings

- Take ownership of projects and proactively suggest improvements

- Work with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance content creation

- Handle HTML coding for email templates and campaign optimization



### You're Perfect for This Role If:

- You have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - we mean it! You'll be actively participating in team discussions, not just nodding along

- You're comfortable with European working hours (this is non-negotiable)

- You're experienced with GPT/AI chat tools and know how to turn AI-generated content into something uniquely creative

- You have a basic foundation in HTML coding

- You bring previous experience in bulk email marketing (this is a plus!)

- Most importantly: you have a can-do attitude and aren't afraid to speak up with new ideas
