Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Developer to work with our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in .NET development, web technologies, and SQL Server, as well as strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

As part of the development team, you will be involved in designing, building, testing, and maintaining web applications, as well as enhancing our existing systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using .NET technologies, ensuring they meet user requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server to design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver software solutions on time and within scope.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing software, resolving issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that is easy to maintain and troubleshoot.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and provide regular project updates.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve the development process and maintain the efficiency of our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Webform (Not MVC) knowledge
- Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks).
- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, database design, query optimization).
- Excellent team communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Desirable Skills (optional, but advantageous):

- Familiarity/Experience with the Kentico Platform a major bonus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
