Job Description:
We are seeking experienced NEMT drivers who excel in customer service, route optimization, and time management. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our passengers arrive at their destinations safely and on time, while helping the company achieve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Transport passengers to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations.
• Review and execute daily trip schedules effectively, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Minimize deadhead trips by following optimized routing and adhering to schedules.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times.
• Regularly inspect and ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare facilities.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and local driving laws.
• Accurately complete trip logs and necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience as an NEMT driver or similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns.
• Ability to use GPS and routing software efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist passengers with mobility devices when necessary.
• Reliable, punctual, and focused on providing superior customer service.
