Are you an expert at editing YouTube videos and long-form podcasts? We’re a fully remote content marketing agency working with high-profile creators and entrepreneurs. To date, we've worked with Ali Abdaal, Sahil Bloom, Jordan Peterson and Chris Williamson to own their post-production.
We’re looking to expand our in-house video department, seeking both a long-form editor and a short-form specialist to join the team. This long-form editing role will specifically focus on creatively editing YouTube videos and podcasts, but do make it known in your application if you have experience with short-form clips too.
Here are examples of videos we’d need you to produce. Please watch at least 2 minutes of each video to understand the creative edit we’re looking for to bring a podcast, or YouTube video, to life for a creator. Please do not apply if you’re unable to meet this level of quality!

Who are we looking for?
- You’re proficient in the Adobe Suite including Premiere Pro and After Effects
- You have a strong attention to detail with an eye for what makes content engaging. You take raw files and create visual masterpieces.
- You’re creative with amazing storytelling. You have the talent to effectively communicate a message through video to educate an audience.
- You have a strong work ethic and are highly organized to meet deadlines. In an asynchronous environment, you can be trusted to follow internal processes for easy handovers and faultless project management.
- You are proficient in English, with a good standard of grammar and punctuation.
- You love YouTube and know what goes into producing a video that holds the viewer’s attention and maximizes watch time.
- You know how to balance aesthetics with educational value and understand the importance of pacing and sound design.
- If required, you’re comfortable liaising with clients directly over Slack to answer questions related to your work.
- You enjoy the collaborative environment of a team, working closely with our internal script writers to produce the best-performing videos possible.
