Mystery Shop Agent (USA)

Further Technology Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Mystery Shop Agent to join our team. As a Mystery Shop Agent, you will contact senior living communities across the United States, posing as a caregiver or loved one seeking information for a family member. Your primary role will be to gather pricing information and evaluate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone calls to senior living communities, acting as a prospective caregiver or family member.
Gather and accurately record pricing information and other relevant details.
Evaluate and rate the overall customer experience based on predetermined criteria.
Prepare detailed reports on each call, highlighting key observations and findings.
Qualifications:

Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.
Excellent English pronunciation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including the use of email, internet, and reporting tools.
Ability to work during US hours.
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or mystery shopping.
Familiarity with senior living communities or healthcare services.
