Music Video Editor + Graphic Designer needed for freelance project work

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An experienced video editor is needed to edit band performance footage and create videos for full songs and to create highlights videos with clips from multiple songs.

The ideal candidate is also experienced as a graphic designer and able to create graphic templates that can be customized to market upcoming band performances on social media channels, as well as print posters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Sync performance footage from multiple cameras and create videos for full songs and highlight videos with clips from multiple songs.
> Take single camera, film style footage, that will include lip sync performance and non-performance footage, and create a compelling, story driven music video
> Design, create and animate motion graphics, title cards and calls-to-action
> Manage accuracy and correction of color and normalize audio levels
> Manage, organize and backup video assets and deliverables
> Adhere to budget constraints while incorporating feedback and changes through multiple rounds of review and revisions

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
> You MUST HAVE a strong portfolio of multi camera performance music videos and single camera, film style music videos that you have edited yourself
> Proficiency in color correction, audio editing, and mastering
> A flexible schedule and be adaptable to receive project requests and start production work to deliver assets requested in a timely and efficient manner
> You must be based in the Philippines with fast, reliable internet access and a robust computer
> Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
> English fluency (written and spoken) along with good communication skills are essential
Required Skills and Experience
> At least 3 years of experience editing music videos and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Premiere Pro, After Effects,, Audition, Media Encoder and Firefly.
> Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices in video editing and motion graphics
> Knowledge of different video formats and codecs for various platforms and delivery requirements

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
> At least 3 years of professional experience creating digital and print assets for corporate marketing activities, such as social media advertising, web banner ads, web design and graphics, email templates, slide templates and presentation, white paper layout and design, and promotional materials for events
> A diverse portfolio that demonstrates your direct, hands-on experience creating these type of assets
> Proven expertise and mastery using the following tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and others)
- Figma
- Canva
- Midjourney & other AI image generation tools

PROFESSIONALISM:
> Proven track record of punctuality and reliability is essential
> Excellent attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple concurrent projects
> Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
> Familiarity with team communication and project management tools like Slack, ClickUp, or similar platforms
> Possession of a reliable computer or laptop capable of editing 4K video projects in Adobe Premiere and related tools
> Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS:
> Compensation will be $5-10 USD per hour, depending on skills and experience
> This is a freelance, independent contract engagement for project work
> This is a remote work position
> Morning meetings will be required as early as 6:00am or 7:00am PH (GMT+8) to overlap with business hours in California, Pacific Time
> Test projects will provide an opportunity for you to demonstrate the required skills and expertise
