Music Marketing; Outreach & Engagement

I’m an independent music artist looking for a highly motivated, results-driven virtual assistant (preferably aged 18-24) to help grow my brand and increase engagement across SoundCloud, TikTok, and other platforms. This is for someone who’s ambitious, passionate about growth, and takes pride in seeing their work translate into real results.

Job Responsibilities (Daily & Weekly Tasks):

1. TikTok Content Creation & Posting (3 Posts Per Day) – 75% of Work
- Create 3 faceless TikTok videos daily (20-25 for week) using my music (7-15 seconds each)
- Use aesthetic footage, text overlays, or trending Upgrade to see actual info formats
- Post the content at the best engagement times
- Track which videos perform best and adjust strategy accordingly

Estimated Time: 4-6 hours per week

2. SoundCloud & Playlist Promotion – 15% of Work
- Submit my songs to 5-10 SoundCloud repost pages or curators per week
- Reach out to relevant Spotify & YouTube playlist curators
- Keep track of outreach responses in a Google Sheet

Estimated Time: 1-2 hours per week

3. Upgrade to see actual info & Reddit Engagement – 10% of Work
- Post my music in hip-hop, rap, and R&B Upgrade to see actual info servers
- Engage in relevant Reddit threads without being spammy
- Keep track of conversations that generate real engagement

Estimated Time: 1-2 hours per week

Performance-Based Bonuses
• $2 extra for every 10 comments on a TikTok post
• $10 extra if a TikTok video hits 10,000 views
• $20 extra if a song gets 2,500+ plays on SoundCloud within a week

Who I'm Looking For:
• Great written English & communication skills
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reddit, Upgrade to see actual info & SoundCloud
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred)
• Ambitious & results-driven—this isn’t just about completing tasks, it’s about growing something big
• Passion for music, hip-hop/R&B culture is a plus!
• Age 18-24 (Similar to target audience) is ideal!
