Music Artist Personal Assistant

Matrell is a rising artist with a powerful catalog, distinct voice, and a rollout strategy rooted in authenticity, aesthetics, and strong fan connection. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive virtual assistant that is looking for a long term gig to help managing content posting, creator coordination, and campaign execution.


Responsibilities:
Schedule and upload content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat

Coordinate influencer/model outreach and follow-up (via Instagram DMs + tracking sheet)

Organize files from music videos, performance shoots, and visual content

Upload songs and metadata to DSPs like DistroKid, SoundCloud, and Genius

Support campaign execution for each release (emails, text sends, creator reminders)

Maintain a Notion dashboard or Google Sheet with deadlines, to-dos, and status updates

Assist with social media engagement and comments on key posts



You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Are obsessed with music, content, and pop culture

Understand TikTok, IG Reels, and creator culture

Love staying organized and following checklists

Communicate clearly and work well remotely

Can take initiative without waiting to be told every step

Can speak English

Have High Internet Speed
