Multimedia Designer (Figma)

I am looking for a creative and experienced Multimedia Designer! This role revolves in creating graphics and videos for ad sets, emails, landing pages, etc.

Core Tasks:

Design and create high-quality digital assets for performance marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display banners, and promotional graphics
Develop and refine brand visuals across a variety of industries, ensuring brand consistency and strong creative execution
Work within Figma to create and iterate on ad creatives, email templates, and web assets
Edit and produce short-form video content for ad placements, social media, and marketing campaigns
Support ad hoc creative needs, such as flyers, brochures, and print materials for various clients
Adapt and optimize existing creative assets to different formats and marketing channels
Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute creative direction efficiently across multiple brands

Must-Have:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within digital marketing, branding, or e-commerce
Expertise in Figma is a requirement for this role
Experience building out landing pages (Replo-preferred, but other sites also work)
Experience in both static and motion design for digital ads and social media
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various industries
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet fast-paced deadlines
Strong creative vision with the ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines
Recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to work 8-5 EST

Nice to Have:
Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, performance marketing, or agency environments
Experience Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)


Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 75,000 per month
