Graphic/ Video Design Virtual Assistant

*Full-time; Fully remote
* 09.00-17.00 (CET, Central European Time / CEST, Central European Summer Time)
* Salary:Upgrade to see actual infoUSD (possibility of increase after trial period)

> Helping to make our content graphics and videos look super professional and polished.
> Your role is to help our creative team focus on just being creative and to take care of the simple and repetitive elements of our design process.
> Your job is to make sure the visual and text elements are spot on.
> You have a very keen eye for detail and a high level of quality. You are organized and help to keep all our files and design assets on track.

Responsibilities:
> Hands-on execution of various support tasks within the content creation process.
> Language adaptation from English templates.
> Creating graphics from text copy.
> Creating captions.
> Integration of visual elements supporting the main content.
> Organizing files, exporting files and content, managing the visual asset library.
> Will be using Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Cloud expert and super-user.
> Support the creative and graphic team.

Requirements:
> Experience in E-commerce platform visuals, especially Amazon.
> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects) - including new AI features
> Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
> Reachable and always available to answer queries
> Strong internet connection (min. 200 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload)
> Knowledge of Microsoft Office
> Excellent interpersonal skills
> Fluent in English
