Multi Discipline VA

An exciting opportunity for an experienced VA with excellent communication skills to join a growing Virtual Assistant Business.

This role will start off on a trial base, which will very quickly lead into Full-Time for the right person.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Discipline Virtual Assistant to join the team. As a Multi-Discipline VA, you will provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and creative support across various areas of our organization. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling a diverse range of tasks, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate adaptability in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This is a remote position, offering flexibility.

The day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Appointment Scheduling through liaising with coaches and clients
- Client email communication; written English must be strong and marketing experience desirable
- Ability to learn new systems and databases quickly and efficiently
- Email marketing and communication
- Social Media Management; engaging with accounts, researching and posting content (LinkedIN and Instagram)
- Podcast research
- Podcast audio and video editing + posting
- Invoicing and invoice follow up (taking payment details etc)
- Email management and dairy management
- Ability to create booklets and templates in Canva for client projects
- Social media content creation (cutting videos/creating templates)
- Basic Graphic Design
- Onboard all new clients, and manage client experience
