JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team! If you have a mix of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social media, and graphic design skills, this role is for you.

Promofect is a leading provider of branded merchandise, screen printing, and embroidery services, working with businesses of all sizes—from local organizations to Fortune 500 companies. As part of our continued expansion, we have built a talented remote team in the Philippines, and we’re excited to add a marketing expert to help drive our brand forward.

About the Role:
You’ll play a key role in growing our brand by driving traffic, increasing conversions, and improving our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You should be comfortable handling everything from SEO & content creation to Facebook & Google Ads, email & SMS marketing, and social media management.
This position reports to our Head of Marketing in the U.S. office and will work closely with both our local and remote teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.

What You’ll Do:
- SEO & Content Marketing – Keyword research, implementation, on-page & off-page SEO optimization, backlink outreach & link-building strategies, content creation (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
- Paid Ads – Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads (Retargeting, Lookalikes, Conversions), LinkedIn Ads, Data analysis & reporting, Conversion rate optimization
- Email & SMS Marketing – HubSpot, email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, SMS campaign management, copywriting for high open/click-through rates, knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Social Media Management – Social post scheduling, post creation, community engagement
- Graphic & Video Design – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CapCut, iMovie, print & digital design
- Website Design & Development – WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, landing page optimization (A/B testing, heatmaps), UX/UI design principles, conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)

What We’re Looking For:
- Industry experience in apparel, merchandise, or a related field is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and social media
- Proficiency in graphic design & video editing
- Strong writing skills for content & ad copy
- Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
