JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
Are you passionate about creating engaging and eye-catching animations? We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Artist / 3D Animator to join our creative team! In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life through stunning motion graphics and animations for various projects—ranging from ads and social media content to explainer and product videos.
You’ll work closely with our creative director and marketing team to develop content that tells compelling stories and resonates with audiences. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves pushing creative boundaries, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and produce high-quality 2D and/or 3D motion graphics, animations, and video content.
Work closely with the creative team (mainly creative director & graphic designer) to conceptualize and execute ideas from storyboard to final delivery.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion projects.
Adapt existing assets into engaging motion designs for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast, etc.).
Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, and marketers to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Stay updated on the latest motion trends, tools, and techniques.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist, Animator, or similar role (portfolio required).
Proficient in industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
3+ years experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or similar 3D software.
Experience modeling products, scenes/terrains/space in 3D virtual environments.
Strong understanding of design principles, animation, typography, and storytelling.
Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging animations.
Attention to detail and ability to take creative direction and feedback.
Experience in video editing and post-production workflows.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Basic sound design and audio syncing knowledge.
Familiarity with implementing brand guidelines and creating assets for various media platforms.
Experience working in an agency or production environment.
Knowledge of UI/UX animation or interactive design is a plus.
