Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who specializes in custom animation, talking head content, and color grading. This role is critical in enhancing our video content with engaging motion graphics, dynamic visual elements, and professional color correction to ensure a high-end, polished aesthetic.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, technical expertise in motion design, and the ability to create custom animated assets from scratch to support our brand's storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and create custom animated elements, infographics, and transitions to elevate video content.
• Talking Head Video Editing: Edit and enhance talking head-style videos, ensuring smooth pacing, clarity, and seamless transitions.
• Color Grading & Visual Enhancement: Apply professional color correction and grading techniques to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Post-Production Effects: Integrate motion design, sound effects, lower thirds, and kinetic typography to enhance video engagement.
• Content Optimization: Format and optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to ensure maximum impact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and content team to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet high production standards and align with the brand’s style and messaging.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom animation, talking head content, and color grading.
• Expertise in motion graphics and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of color correction and grading to enhance video quality.
• Experience creating animated assets (custom lower thirds, intros, outros, transitions, and infographics).
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and engagement strategies for video content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a creative team.
