Mortgage underwriter

I'm looking for someone with extensive experience is mortgage underwriter. Must understand income calculations, needed documentation, DSCR, when a LOX is required, red flags, proficient on conventional and government loans and more. If you also have CRM experience that is also a huge plus but I'd prefer an amazing underwriter over an all in one. PLEASE NOTE: to be hired you will be given a full scenario and you are expected to give what conditions you would like to see fulfilled before approval of the loan.
