Part-Time Portfolio Manager

Primary Task: CRM management, voice services, and email communications

- Lender Relations with Associates - dealing with 40-60 lenders - contacting lender executives and updating their contact details - client will train the VA on this process
- CRM Support with Go High Level - will utilize this both for calls and text (10-20 calls but not sales and more into communications)
- Airtable for Lending Product - Data Entry tasks (updating contacts)
- Tracking Communication Support via call, email, and SMS
- Recruiting to manage/post job posts to different platforms, screening resumes, and more - client will create the job posts
- Wordpress basic updates of lending rates, adding photos etc. - client will train the VA on this process

*Someone with strong critical thinking, high problem solving skills, and meticulous/detail oriented
*Tech-savvy, good communication both written and oral, and learns quickly

RATE : $8 USD per hour , Following US Timezones
