Refyne is a young, dynamic & fast-growing mortgage broking company, specialising in mortgages for individual investors. Our company is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and detail-focused loan processor that has the ambition to build his/her career in the mortgage broking space. Duties of the role:
• Application Management: Review and process mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurately completed.
• Must have experience using AFG systems like Broker Engine, FLEX and AOL application systems.
• Documentation Verification: Verify financial information, credit reports, employment details, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy and compliance with lender policies.
• Communication: Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth processing of loan applications.
• Compliance & Regulation: Stay up-to-date with Australian mortgage industry regulations and ensure all applications comply with current laws and guidelines.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation, working closely with clients and lenders to address concerns (i.e. MIRs).
• Record Keeping: Maintain organised and accurate records of all loan applications and client interactions.
• Settlement Coordination: Coordinate the loan settlement process, ensuring all conditions are met and final documentation is prepared.
Qualifications:
• Up to 2 years of experience in mortgage broking as a loan processor or equivalent;
• Experience using Quickli, Broker Engine, Flex, Apply Online and Australian bank platforms;
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders;
• Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
