Plus 5% Salary increase after 3 months

Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month
===Description/Information:===
The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for:
• Collections – Managing borrower payments and follow-ups.
• Invoicing – Issuing and tracking payments for fees.
• Refinancing Assistance – Helping borrowers secure financing through brokering.
• Loan Documentation – Creating and managing loan-related documents.
• Administrative Support – Assisting with meeting facilitation and scheduling.
• Broker & Lender Coordination – Managed communication, submitted loan details, and facilitated borrower-lender interactions.
• Loan Processing – Assigned appraisals, drafted Term Sheets, reviewed documents, and handled invoicing.
• Closing & Documentation – Drafted loan documents, coordinated with title/insurance, monitored fees, and managed document signings.
• Payoff Procedures – Requested recorded mortgage notes, prepared release documents, sent payoff instructions, and tracked checklist items.
Tools used: Slack, Trello, Lendingwise, Google Workspace, Google Suites, QuickBooks, Teamflow, Zoom, basic AI tools
===Minimum Requirements:===
***Mortgage processing experience***
*Decent computer or laptop
*Stable Internet
*English communication skills, both verbal and written
*Headset for calls - Any decent quality, noise-canceling headset (Ex. Plantronics, Jabra, etc)
*Punctual and Responsive
*Needs to follow an NDA strictly
===Bonus points if you have:===
*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use apps like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers
*A Quiet environment
