We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Home Leasing Specialist with expertise in AppFolio Property Management to join our team at The Requity Group. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing mobile homes within communities, offering both cash sales and rent-to-own options. Your primary objective will be to attract potential residents and facilitate a seamless leasing process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential renters and develop effective leasing strategies
- Advertise available properties and maintain a strong online presence
- Conduct property tours and assist interested clients in finding their perfect home
- Negotiate lease terms, handle all necessary paperwork, and ensure compliance with leasing policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process

Skills required:
- Strong knowledge of mobile home leasing regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential renters
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
