We are seeking an experienced Millwork Estimator to join our team! If you have a strong background in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings and project specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
• Calculate material, labor, and production costs for custom millwork projects.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing for materials and outsourced components.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and submit competitive pricing for projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure cost accuracy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Assist in pricing change orders and tracking project costs.

Requirements:

• Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking estimating.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of wood species, finishes, and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
