We are seeking a skilled Remote Recruiter with a proven track record in finding and hiring qualified candidates across multiple platforms. You will drive our end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential talent to managing onboarding tasks. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities to attract top applicants and support a smooth hiring experience while working remotely23.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate qualifications
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and networking channels4
Screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for fit
Coordinate interviews with the appropriate stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the process
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and create detailed progress reports
Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment or related field
Strong knowledge of social media recruitment strategies, ATS tools, and candidate assessment methods12
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage candidate and client relationships
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred
