Microsoft Technology Specialist & ERP Systems Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep understanding of Microsoft business applications with strong technical support capabilities. While experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is advantageous, strong knowledge of the broader Microsoft ecosystem is essential.

ERP Systems Management (40%)
Implement and configure Dynamics 365 solutions
Integrate D365 with other Microsoft services
Customize Microsoft business applications using low-code/no-code tools
Create Power BI reports and dashboards for business intelligence
Develop Power Apps for process automation
Design Power Automate flows for business processes
Configure and maintain ERP systems
Document system configurations and processes

Technical Support & Azure Infrastructure (40%)
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft systems
Manage Azure cloud resources and services
Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory
Monitor and optimize system performance
Implement security best practices across Microsoft services
Troubleshoot integration issues between Microsoft applications
Support Microsoft 365 applications and services

Solution Architecture (20%)
Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft technologies
Plan system integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Ensure solution scalability and performance
Maintain system security and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft business applications
Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
Knowledge of Power Platform components
SQL Server and database management skills
Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features
Experience with Microsoft integration technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft development tools

Microsoft certifications such as:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
