Microsoft Copilot Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot Agent Expert to help our small business deploy and optimize Copilot agents both internally and for public use. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, a deep understanding of Copilot deployment, and expertise in the integrations required to ensure seamless performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing solutions tailored to business needs, and overseeing implementation and support for Copilot agents.

Key Responsibilities
Copilot Deployment & Customization: Design, build, and deploy Copilot agents tailored for internal workflows and external customer engagement. Customize Copilot features to align with specific business needs and goals.

Microsoft 365 Integration: Leverage Microsoft 365 apps and services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform) to integrate Copilot agents effectively. Ensure optimal functionality by configuring permissions, user access, and cross-app communication.

Solution Development: Develop strategies for deploying Copilot agents to streamline internal operations and enhance customer-facing processes. Use tools like Power Automate and Power Apps for advanced functionality and workflow automation.

Technical Expertise: Ensure Copilot agents are scalable, secure, and meet compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Copilot and its integrations.

Collaboration & Training: Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and areas where Copilot can add value.
Provide training and documentation to internal teams on using and maintaining Copilot agents.

Performance Optimization: Monitor agent performance and implement updates or enhancements for improved efficiency.
Stay updated on Microsoft’s Copilot developments and apply relevant updates to the business.

Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in deploying and customizing Microsoft Copilot agents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party app connections within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proficiency in configuring security, compliance, and governance for Copilot and M365.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for advanced customization.
- Experience with AI or automation tools beyond Microsoft Copilot.
- Project management skills for coordinating Copilot deployment initiatives.

Experience & Education:
- Experience in deploying Microsoft 365 solutions, including AI or automation technologies.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator.
- Proven track record of delivering business-specific technology solutions.
