Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer | Full Time | Australian Company

Do you have strong experience in the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Teams

You will take a lead role in designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions across the business. You will provide phone and remote support to staff using the IT and Phone systems.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the IT systems, including wireless, switches, routers, and VoIP systems. On-the-job training will be provided by Mark (AU) and John (PH).

In addition to your strong technical background in the Microsoft 365 systems, you:

1. Have a quality computer, headset, and a fast internet connection
2. Have a quiet working environment, free from distractions, and animal noises
3. Have strong Spoken and Written English skills
4. Are confident in providing telephone support
5. Have experience working with a ticketing system
6. Can work full-time during Australian Business Hours, Monday-Friday
7. Have NO OTHER JOB OR COMMITMENT during your working hours.

Inclusions
1. Philippines: Regular public holidays are paid at 200%
2. Philippines: Special holidays, extra 30% pay
3. 13th Month Paid in December
4. Extra 30% for overtime hours
