Job Description:
As a Meta/Facebook Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing ad campaigns on Meta platforms that effectively convert leads into buyers. Your role involves crafting creative strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing the ROI of campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Create and manage the campaign budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.
Design creative strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
Continuously test and optimize ads for better performance.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and managing Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of current online marketing trends, strategies, and tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook pixels and other tracking tools.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Strong budget management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in the PST time zone for effective collaboration with the marketing and sales team.
