Meta & Google CAPI

I am looking for someone EXPERT to set up conversion tracking froUpgrade to see actual infota and Google.
Please apply only if you have expertise in either of the options.
This Job is for a Gig to set up and test the conversion tracking.
I'm not talking about Meta pixel but rather more advanced monitoring so if you're not an expert please do not apply.
