Meta Ads Assistant Needed

What We Need
We need someone with experience setting up and managing Meta/Facebook ad accounts for Upgrade to see actual info and gambling niches.

Main Tasks
- Set up new Meta ad accounts (pages, pixels, payment methods)
- Keep three accounts ready per brand - at least 10 ad profiles available at all times
- Set up Facebook pages for new brands
- Work with SMS-activate for account verification
- Add proxies to each account profile
- Work with different account providers to source multiple accounts
- Research marketplace for best-reviewed and most affordable account solutions
- Find well-farmed accounts to ensure the highest quality
- Help with pixels and tracking setup
- Create and manage AdsPower profiles
- Handle UTM links and tracking
- Provide daily/weekly reports as needed

Skills You Need
- Experience setting up Business Manager accounts
- Knowledge of working with restricted niches (crypto, gambling)
- Understanding of pixels and tracking
- Good English communication
- Attention to detail
- Must show proof of previous ads you've managed

Extra Info
- 20-30 hours weekly
- Potential to expand to Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit ads in future
