Medical biller and coder

Hi, my name is Ricky. I’m starting a medical billing company next month with a focus on hospice care, and we’re looking for a reliable, experienced Medical Biller and Coder to join our team.

We’re a new company, so we need someone who not only knows the job but can guide us as we build and grow. This is a remote, long-term opportunity.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with hospice billing
• Proficient in UB-04 forms, clearinghouses, and patient eligibility verification
• Skilled in medical coding (preferably certified)
• Confident handling claim submissions and denial follow-ups
• A proactive problem solver who can work independently and provide insights to improve our processes
• Familiarity with hospice EMRs like Axxess, WellSky, or Kinnser is a plus
