Medical Virtual Assistant [A-CS]
Position Type: Part-Time
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (Mondays to Fridays)
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Medical Virtual Assistant to support our team with a wide range of administrative and patient-related tasks. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy, with a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
•Organizing Google Drive folders
•Sending codes and creating manual labels
•Gathering documentation and performing data entry
•Collecting forms and processing payments
•Managing tools like Monday.com and Elation HR
•Uploading items and following established SOPs
•Appointment scheduling and reminders
•Patient records management
•Handling patient inquiries via text, email, and calls
•Conducting patient outreach via text, email, and calls with empathy and professionalism
•Active participation in virtual video conference rooms during shifts as needed

Requirements:
•Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
•Related work experience in healthcare
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proficiency in Monday.com and Elation HR is a plus
•Empathy and professionalism in patient interactions
•Must be available exclusively during the specified work hours without any other active clients
•Equipment with 10 Mbps+ internet, headset, microphone, webcam
•Can submit updated resume, NBI clearance, Valid ID and short video introduction
