Job Title: Medical Virtual Assistant for La Bonne Sante Clinic
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Salary: $ 5 to $ 6 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Overview:

Dr. Brutus is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support the development and operations of her IV infusion center and KETAMINE clinic. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background and experience in project management, administrative support, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research: Conduct detailed research on treatment protocols, competitive offerings, and wellness trends. Compile data and create reports to guide clinic strategy and offerings.

- Protocol Development: Assist in drafting and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic operations. Develop protocols for patient care, safety measures, and administrative workflows.

- Administrative Support: Handle pre-authorizations, insurance verifications, and eligibility checks. Manage patient records, process claims, and oversee general administrative duties.

- Marketing Support: Develop strategies for patient follow-ups, manage social media platforms, and assist with client engagement.

- Patient Communication: Handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients to ensure an excellent experience. Organize and track faxes, emails, and other communications.

- Project Management: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients. Manage social media accounts to engage current and prospective patients. Develop email campaigns and follow-ups to nurture relationships with clients.

- Other Tasks: Provide billing support, including invoicing and payment tracking. Compile and present research findings for decision-making. Maintain and update the clinic’s website with accurate and engaging content.


Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare or medical administration.
Experience/Knowledge in WEB DEVELOPMENT/SEO is a good to have but NOT REQUIRED.
Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, and Skype.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Marketing and social media management experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work with quality reports.

Comfortable seeking assistance when needed and proactive in problem-solving.

Basic Requirements:

- Ability to submit NBI clearance
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Reliable computer and internet connection (at least 10mbps via cable modem, DSL/Fiber only).
- Reliable mic and headset (earphones are fine) (noise-canceling headset) and a webcam.
- Minimal environmental noise (preferably zero if on camera frequently).
- Availability to meet the required hours.
- Submission of a short video introduction.
- Possession of a valid ID.
- Not currently working with any other clients during the required work time.
