Medical Scribe

inMotion PT is a leading physical therapy office dedicated to helping patients regain strength and mobility. We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Scribe to assist our therapists with accurate and efficient documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
Document patient encounters, therapy notes, and treatment progress

Ensure accurate and timely charting in the EMR system

Maintain compliance with medical documentation standards

Preferably experienced with Physical Therapy Documentation

Requirements:
? Fluent English (written & spoken)
? Experience in medical documentation or scribing (PT experience preferred)
? Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
? Proficiency in NetHealth (preferred)
? Reliable internet & quiet workspace
