We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support our healthcare team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with a physician to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality patient records and improving overall workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Documentation: Accurately record patient history, symptoms, physical examination findings, and treatment plans during medical visits.
Data Entry: Enter and update patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Chart Preparation: Prepare and organize patient charts and medical records for each appointment.
Communication: Assist with communication between healthcare providers and patients, including relaying instructions and follow-up information.
Administrative Support: Help manage scheduling, referrals, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on and accurately record detailed information during patient interactions.
Organizational Skills: Efficient in managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
