What You'll Do:
As a Medical Records and Bills Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our clients' medical information. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and organizing medical records and bills, both physical and electronic.
Accurately entering and updating medical data in our systems.
Collaborating with our legal teams to provide precise and timely documentation.
Maintaining up-to-date information on medical providers and healthcare facilities.
Proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in medical records and billing.
Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on medical records and billing.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in healthcare, engineering, or personal injury law is a significant plus.
Willingness to work a graveyard shift (9 PM to 6 AM CST, Monday to Friday).
Technical Requirements:
Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection (no mobile hotspots or data connections).
Backup power supply and internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work.
