Job Description:

As a Medical Live Scribe Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring the seamless integration of the Medical Live Scribe into clinical workflows. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize the use of the Medical Live Scribe in medical settings.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently capturing and transcribing medical records to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.

Documenting comprehensive information, including completed procedures, recorded diagnostic test results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and discharge and follow-up details.

Ensuring medical record compliance by meticulously self-attesting and maintaining accurate documentation.

Providing essential administrative support, encompassing tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, email management, record maintenance, and time-keeping.

Acting as a primary liaison between medical professionals and patients, fostering a professional relationship to enhance communication and collaboration.

Strictly adhering to and complying with the policies outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Live Scribe
Can start immediately and can commit to a full-time role
Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using medical software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Skype.
Strong attention to detail
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
