Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager with a background in medicine. This remote position is ideal for a licensed medical doctor based in the Philippines who is comfortable collaborating with our U.S.-based team during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders through phone and online platforms.

Screen and onboard new clients, ensuring smooth case progression.

Review and interpret medical records, providing insights into treatment and injuries.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation, including medical records and bills.

Prepare and manage demand packages with detailed medical summaries for insurance carriers.

Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and provide regular updates on case status.

Maintain organized case files and ensure timely follow-ups on all case matters.

Support clients throughout the treatment process by answering questions and addressing concerns.

Qualifications

Licensed Medical Doctor in the Philippines (preferred but not required).

At least 2 years of experience in a medical, legal, or insurance-related role.

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to interpret medical records and explain medical terminology clearly.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in personal injury law is a plus but not mandatory.
