We’re Talking HealthTech, an Australian-based media and content production company focused on healthcare technology. Our website and podcast reach healthcare professionals, innovators, and decision-makers worldwide.

We’re looking for a Medical Content Coordinator to help us maintain and grow our HealthTech Glossary, one of the most visited sections of our website. You’ll be responsible for researching, writing, and optimising content based on our podcast episodes and healthcare trends.

???? What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing written articles and podcast transcripts to identify key healthtech terms.
Updating and adding new glossary terms to keep our library current and relevant.
Writing high-quality, well-researched articles incorporating insights and quotes from our podcasts.
Using AI tools for idea generation (but no AI-generated junk—we want real, well-crafted content).
Ensuring glossary terms are SEO-optimised to improve website traffic.
Linking glossary terms across our website to improve content indexing and user experience.

? What We’re Looking For:
Strong English writing skills with experience in medical writing, healthtech, or related fields.
A good understanding of healthcare and technology trends.
SEO experience or willingness to learn (we’ll provide guidance).
Comfortable using AI tools for assistance, but with the ability to edit and refine content.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working remotely as part of a team is a plus.

???? Job Details:
Fully remote – work from home in the Philippines.
Part-time: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
Target: 1 glossary term updated or created per 2 hours worked.
Hourly Wage: $10 AUD
Join a team of 8 other VAs, each with different roles in our company.
Potential to increase hours based on performance.
