About Us

We are a B2B PR and marketing agency based in the US, helping our B2B clients achieve their marketing goals. We're looking for a talented and experienced independent media relations specialist to join our team.

The Role

As an independent media relations specialist, you will play a critical role in securing media coverage for our B2B clients in the US market. You will develop and execute strategic media relations campaigns to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and position our clients as thought leaders in their industries.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify relevant media outlets in the US for our B2B clients.
- Develop targeted media pitches and press releases tailored to each outlet.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors in the US media landscape.
- Secure media placements for our clients in online, print, and broadcast media.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in B2B media relations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in media relations or public relations, preferably with a focus on B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of the US media landscape, including trade publications and online media outlets.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases and media pitches.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with media contacts.
- Experience with media monitoring tools a plus.
- Familiarity with time zone differences and ability to work effectively with a US-based team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
