As we dive into media buying, we're looking to beef up our offerings and make an even bigger impact. We're on the lookout for a Media Buying Specialist who’s ready to tackle the digital ad space, with a particular knack for TikTok and Meta platforms.

The Role:

We need someone deeply comfortable and proficient with the Ads Managers for both Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. You'll be our go-to for creating, managing, and optimizing ads that not only reach but resonate with our audience. It's about leveraging your skills to set up campaigns from the ground up, ensuring they're tuned to perfection for smashing our clients' growth goals.

What You'll Do:

Lead the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns, focusing on TikTok and Meta.
Show off your strong skills in setting up and managing TikTok Ads Manager and Meta’s Business Manager, making sure we're set up for success.
Collaborate with our team to produce video ads that grab attention and drive conversions.
Analyze data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI, always staying one step ahead in the digital ad game.

What You Need:

A proven track record in media buying, especially with TikTok and Meta platforms. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the fitness or martial arts sectors.
Expertise in setting up and managing advertising platforms, with a special focus on TikTok and Meta.
A good mix of analytical and creative skills, comfortable with data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets and creating quick ad creatives with Canva.
Strong communication, capable of managing projects and meshing well with our team.
No strict requirements on education; we value experience and skill above all.
Nice to Have:

Video editing skills to directly tweak and optimize ad content.

Experience with AI-driven design tools like MidJourney or DALL·E, showing you're on the cutting edge of creating engaging visuals.
