JOB OVERVIEW

???? We are looking for a Media Buying Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

If you have a basic understanding of native ads and DSPs and are eager to grow in the media buying industry, we want to hear from you!

???? Who We Are Looking For:
? Basic understanding of Native Ads & DSPs (Experience preferred).
? Ability to provide proof of experience via screenshots when contacted. (If you cannot provide proof, please do not apply.)
? Responsive and available – You should be online often and easy to reach.
? Solid internet connection – A fast, reliable internet connection is required.
? Basic HTML knowledge – Able to replace URLs, clean up simple HTML code.
? Familiarity with Canva or similar tools – Ability to create simple ad creatives.
? Quick learner – Willing to adapt and take on new tasks.

???? Job Responsibilities
1. Ad Operations & Campaign Management
Assist in setting up and managing native ad campaigns on various DSPs.
Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations based on KPIs.
Help in budget allocation and pacing for campaigns.
Research competitor ads and creatives to identify trends.

2. Creative & Landing Page Management
Assist in A/B testing creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
Create or resize ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
Manage and update landing pages (switching URLs, basic HTML edits).
Ensure tracking is properly set up on landing pages.

3. Data & Research Tasks
Pull reports from ad platforms and summarize performance data.
Conduct audience and keyword research for better targeting.
Research new traffic sources and DSPs for campaign expansion.
Stay updated with ad compliance policies on native ad platforms.

4. Administrative & Support Tasks
Organizing and documenting campaign results for the team.
Managing invoices, payments, and ad spend tracking.
Keeping a list of high-performing creatives & offers for future reference.
Assisting with client communication if needed.
