Job Summary:
The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms to drive customer conversions. This role involves optimizing ad placements, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and providing insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta and Google.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance data to provide feedback on what works and what doesn't.
- Optimize ad creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze website sales stats and data to inform ad strategies and budget allocations.
- Manage and adjust ad budgets, audiences, and structures based on performance metrics.
- Decide on technical tests and implement data-driven changes to improve ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality and effective ad content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

Example Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Launch and manage ad campaigns on Meta and Google, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Performance Feedback: Provide regular feedback on ad performance, identifying top-performing ads and underperforming ones with recommendations for improvement.
- Testing and Adjustments: Develop testing plans for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments, and make data-driven decisions to refine campaign strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze weekly sales data and ad metrics to adjust budgets and target audiences for maximum ROI.

Requirements:
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- No experience needed but must be an A player that can learn and adapt fast.
- Strong analytical and number-crunching skills.
- Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required.
- Experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in ecommerce or digital advertising is a plus.
- Experience with ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Tiktok) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
